Help Point Intercom HPI

Emergency call stations are a standard part of the service offered by public transportation and highway operators. The security provided by a HPI system is a key factor for customer acceptance. Simply by pressing a button at any help point, every question can be forwarded to the appropriate service station. The station can provide the requested information or take the appropriate measures. Incoming calls from help points and connected telephone systems can be forwarded to one or more operators based on various criteria. The call is also recorded and properly documented.
